不正ログインされそうになりアカウントがロックされてしまいました。
問い合わせたところこのようなメッセージが届きました。

Now all you need to is
1. Logout from your eBay account.
2. Open incognito window on your browser.
3. Go through this link: https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4196&st=10 in incognito.
4. Once you open the link, please click on 'Continue' and enter you details on next page and you will find an option in the left hand side, “Chat with our automated assistant". Select this.
5. Once you click on that, there will be a small window opened on the right bottom side, select “I can’t sign in“.
Please follow the above steps mentioned and you will be directed to a live agent. Please remember that you should not login to your account during this entire process.
