以下のメールを受信したのですが、Payoneerの登録リンクが添付されておらず、ebayのウェブサイトから登録手順を探しても、よくわかりませんでした。
と登録方法をご教示いただけますか？
登録期日が8/4までと記載されていますので、急ぐ必要があるかと思います。よろしくお願いいたします。

eBay is now managing payments for sellers globally. Managing payments is a big step towards making eBay a simpler, more modern managed marketplace, and over 4 million sellers have already registered.
We’ve identified that you have items listed for sale on eBay. To retain your listings and to continue selling on eBay, you will need to register for eBay to manage your payments. To learn more, log into your eBay account and visit Seller Hub or My eBay. Then, follow the prompts to register.
eBay has partnered with Payoneer to deliver payouts to sellers in your region. Your payouts will be made to your Payoneer account in US Dollars. Your proceeds from sales on eBay will no longer be paid out to your PayPal account. If you already have a Payoneer account, you can link it to your eBay account during registration. You may also create a new Payoneer account using the link provided during the registration process.
If you have not registered by August 4, 2021 for eBay to manage your payments, you will no longer be able to create new listings, and all active and scheduled listings (including those with bids and offers) associated with your account will end. Listing fees and fees for optional listing upgrades for listings that were ended will be credited back to your account.
