回答募集 Payonner アカウント消去
個人事業主で、開業届提出。ebayアカウントbusinessでpayoneerに登録しようと思い、何度も資料提出しても許可が下りず、チャットで問い合わせたところ、

In order to make sure that your upcoming onboarding process will be smooth and successful with us, it is required that you keep your Payoneer entity type the same as your eBay seller entity.
If your business is registered, for example, sole proprietorship, partnership, or corporation, use a company account.
If you’re selling on eBay as an individual, or if your business is not registered, use an individual account.
In case you have more questions about the Payoneer onboarding process as an eBay seller, kindly refer to our FAQ for more information.
Diana: you can close this account an create a new one as sole propetor, but keep in mind that they need to match with the ebay account type
Diana: if the ebay account type is company you will need to talk with them first to change the account type to individual
個人で登録しなさいとの連絡をもらい、payoneer businnesで申請中ののアカウントが消去となり、個人で申請となっています。この対応でよろしかったのでしょうか？

お問い合わせいただき誠にありがとうございます。
MP専用窓口 川上でございます。
→最終的にはeBayとPayoneerのentity type(=事業形態、アカウントタイプ)を法人もしくは個人のどちらかに一致させる必要がございます。現状eBayは法人のまま、Payoneerのみ個人となっているかとお見受け致します。
このまま個人で進めることも可能ですが、お勧めとしましては申し訳ございませんが、Payoneerアカウントを法人で再度作って頂き、元々進めていたように、そちらと現在のeBay法人アカウントで手続きを進めて頂くのが最短かと存じます。
加えてPayoneerの書類不受理に関してですが、現在そのようなお客様を対象にPayoneerにて対応を開始しております。下記ページ内「ご連絡はこちらからお願い致します。」の「こちら」をクリックしますとPayoneer申請フォームに移動します。
こちらにお問い合わせ頂いたお客様の書類が順次受理されておりますので、申請をお願い致します。

本来であれば両アカウントが法人の状態で、こちらの申請フォームにお問い合わせ頂くだけで解決していたかと存じますが、おそらく上記のチャットは海外のeBayとのやり取りのようですので、こちらのフォームのことは知らなかったようです。
