回答募集 住所確認書類が受理されない
payoneerの住所確認のページからutility billの項目から住民票の画像を提出したのですが返信のメールで以下のように返答されました
お客様の居住証明書を受け取りましたが、残念ながら、その書類は住所の確認に使用できる最近の請求書ではありません。
しかし住民票には令和６年８月２２日と記載されています。
日本からの住所確認の書類を通過、受理してもらう方法を教えてください。
以下payoneerからの返信されたメールの内容です
We have received your proof of residence document, unfortunately, the document is not a recent bill for use in the verification of your address.
Please provide us with a recent, up-to-date proof of residence.
Acceptable forms of proof of residence are:
A bank statement (no older than 3 months) verifying your name and address in the country of residence.
A copy of a recent utility bill (no older than 3 months) specifying your name and address in the country of residence. (Examples of utility bills we accept are gas, water, electricity, landline phone, cable etc.).
Please note that we cannot accept visas or stamps in your passport as proof of residence.

投稿を表示私も承認申請の際、書類が古いと何度も弾かれました。
憶測ですが、審査する人によっては令和6年という日本の元号が理解できていない方がいるようです。
おそらく"6"という数字だけが理解できるので、2006とかそういう日付として考えるのではないかと思います。
私はメールで令和6年が西暦２０２４年である事を何度も説明して無事に承認できました。
試してみてはいかがでしょうか。
