というエラーが表示されました。

しかし、Payoneerとは紐づけされているはずでして、確認しますと、Payoneer ID：ID: 76532×××
ebay ハブサイト→アカウント設定→支払設定「支払方法」Payoneer ID：ID: 76532×××と表示されています。
しかし、先ほどのようなエラーが出ますので、困っています。
解決方法がございましたら、お願いいたします。
